Following requests from swimmers, we will be holding a fun session with inflatables on 26 July from 17.00 to 18.00. But swimmers should remember that when they get back they will need to work double as hard in training.......;-)
There will then be a combined A Squad and Main Squad session from 18.15 to 19.45. There will be no swim sessions in the small pool that night.

- All swimmers performed fantastically again at the development meet this year. Far too many personal best's and medals to list. Well done to all swimmers who came along and to their parents who put up with a very very hot swimming pool in Bournemouth..

Good luck to all the swimmers attending the City of Bristol Open Meet this weekend
Since the inception of the club in 1989 the club has provided coaching for all ages and abilities. The club does focus on competitive swimming an is a member of the ASA and competes in the South West Arena League.
The club have a very successful Water Polo pedigree and compete in the Dorset League. We have a number of regional and national players who have been developed and still compete for the club.
